Any value in public space?
Following the success of a recent Conversation at which Rob Cowan, Director of the Urban Design Group and author of the Dictionary of Urbanism introduced the topic "Putting a value on the public realm." it was decided to create a blog to allow the debate to continue.
As Conversations are limited to ten people they quickly become over-subscribed, so we envisage that by creating a blog following a Conversation will allow those who were unable to participate in person to join the discussion. This was an experiment but if it proves popular then we will instigate blogs to follow topics that are first discussed at future Conversations.
