Flip Flop Art for sale

At the start of November, more than 50 artworks inspired by flip flops went on show at the East Wing Gallery at the Farnham Maltings in Surrey, and were sold at auction through eBay to raise money for St Christopher's Hospice in south London.

Since mid summer artists have created artwork inspired by flip flops - the world's most popular footwear!

The idea was conceived by Mel Sutton of Rethinking Cities and has been underwritten by the consultancy.  Artists, designers, architects, clients, colleagues, friends, family and neighbours have donated artwork and supported this unusual charity initiative.

You can view the  the artwork at our on-line gallery.
